On the eve of the start of the GDC 2024 conference, Nvidia decided to remind about new games that support proprietary technologies and effects based on ray tracing. In particular, the latest patch for Portal RTX added support for DLSS 3.5, including the Ray Reconstruction mechanism, and RTX IO, and on March 26, Diablo IV will receive an update with ray tracing. Additionally, Nvidia's DLSS 3 technology arrived in Sengoku Dynasty this week.
If we talk about games that are in development, then proprietary technologies of the “greens” will be available in Black Myth: Wukong and Star Wars Outlaws. For the first, path tracing and DLSS 3.5 are announced, and the second project will receive advanced effects with ray tracing, DLSS 3 and Reflex.
Path tracing and DLSS 3.5 technology with Ray Reconstruction will soon appear in the battle royale Naraka: Bladepoint, and the action RPG The First Berserker: Khazan will receive DLSS 3 and Reflex support on release day. We add that currently the technologies from the Nvidia RTX set support more than 500 games and applications.
