Anyone who is up to date with the Rick and Morty series, available on HBO Max, has seen the horde of villains that chase Rick across the universe. Everyone wants to kill him and then boast about it. The series has been going on for 7 seasons, so many have tried and none have succeeded… although they have been close.
If we ignore what we can consider the main antagonist of the series (himself, it is known), we can all agree that his main archenemy is Mr. Nimbus… who turns out to be a kind of Aquaman more outlandish than the peak of an iron. And although Rick admitted at the time that he was his nemesis, the passage of episodes has turned him into another extravagant being without much importance, as ScreenRant points out.
Rick and Morty: Finals Week #1 – SheRick Holmes y Mortson
Unfortunately for Mr. Nimus, Rick and Morty's comic book adventures have given Rick a villain to match. The issue Rick and Morty: Finals Week #1 – SheRick Holmes and Mortson, which is a tribute to Sherlock Holmes and the Doctor Watsonproposes to the protagonists a very complicated crime to solve (we do not go into details to avoid spoilers) and a villain with the only characteristic that Rick values in another being: intelligence.
The villain of this story is Doctor Quantastico, a bad guy in the style of Sebastian Moran or Professor James Moriarty himself. His plan is to kill a seemingly unkillable god and frame Mr. Nimbus in the process. And although Rick and Morty end up solving the case, Grandpa admits that he admires his Machiavellian plan… and that's saying a lot.
