Acer has prepared for release new video cards based on AMD GPUs. In the near future, Radeon RX 7900 GRE 3D accelerators will go on sale in Nitro and Predator BiFrost modifications. We remind you that the international release of the Radeon RX 7900 GRE video card took place last month.
The cooling systems of the Acer Radeon RX 7900 GRE video card are inherited from similar versions of the Radeon RX 7800 XT. The Nitro model is equipped with a cooler with two “turntables,” while the Predator BiFrost is cooled by a three-fan CO. At the end of both video cards there are two 8-pin additional power connectors, and for image output you can use three DisplayPort 2.1 and one HDMI 2.1.
Acer hasn't forgotten about factory overclocking the AMD Navi 31 XL GPU. Both new products are characterized by a frequency formula of 2050/2395 MHz (Game/Boost Clock) instead of the standard 1880/2245 MHz. There is currently no information available regarding the recommended prices of the Nitro Radeon RX 7900 GRE OC and Predator BiFrost Radeon RX 7900 GRE OC video cards.
