It's been a fantastic few years for fighting games and SNK wants to get in on the action Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves continue this run. Although it hasn't been specifically announced for any platforms yet, it's safe to assume that it's coming to all current platforms. Publication is expected in 2025. However, the game will be on display next month at EVO Japan 2024, which takes place from April 27th to April 29th at the Ariake GYM-EX in Tokyo. To mark the occasion, the publisher has released some new trailers introducing the characters Rock Howard, Terry Bogard, Hotaru Futaba, Tizoc and Preecha. You can see them all in action above.
It's worth mentioning that, like other modern fighters, there will be a traditional and a simplified control scheme. The latter will allow you to perform “flashy special moves and combos” by combining directional inputs and individual button presses. So this sounds a lot like the Modern Controls option in Street Fighter 6.
