In the Dragon Ball universe, Frieza is one of the most terrifying antagonists due to his status as a galactic tyrant. However, there are two threats that he fears more than anything and no, they are not Saiyans ironically.
Here are the two threats Frieza fears most
Released in 2015, Dragon Ball Z: The Resurrection of 'F' is the very last DBZ film, and no, it was not yet Dragon Ball Super since at that time, the anime and manga had not yet been released. not yet started. After Battle of Gods, this feature film was eagerly awaited by many fans for two main reasons: the introduction of a new transformation for Son Goku and Vegeta, the Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan or Super Saiyan Blue, and especially the return of Frieza, one of the most popular antagonists of the saga, if not the most popular. Upon arrival, the feature film perhaps did not live up to the hype surrounding it, but it still allowed us to learn an interesting element about the galactic tyrant.
To put things into context, Dragon Ball Z: The Resurrection of 'F' begins as Sorbet, one of the soldiers in Frieza's army, gathers the Dragon Balls to resurrect its leader. Once alive again, Frieza is determined to take immediate revenge on Son Goku and his friends. However, Sorbet explains to him that our heroes have become much more powerful since Frieza's death, so much so that they managed to defeat Majin Boo. Hearing this name, the tyrant gets angry and that's when we learn some very interesting information: Cold, Frieza's father, advised his son to avoid confronting two powerful beings, namely Majin Boo and Beerus, the God of Destruction. It is following this information that Frieza will decide to do something he had never done before, that is to say train, to have a chance of defeating the Saiyans. At the end of this training, he will master a new transformation: Golden Frieza.

Soon Frieza's revenge on the Saiyans?
Since his introduction in Dragon Ball Super, the power of Beerus no longer needs to be demonstrated as we know that he is feared by absolutely everyone throughout Universe 6. On the other hand, it is surprising to discover that Frieza's family was aware of the existence of Majin Boo whose threat seems to have spread throughout the universe. But if Frieza fears Beerus and Boo on the advice of his father, he has nothing but contempt for the Saiyans, even though it is they who have inflicted his heaviest defeats on him.
Beyond Goku's victory over Namek, we can cite the first Dragon Ball Super film released after The Resurrection of 'F', Dragon Ball Super Broly, in which Broly, completely enraged, violently attacks Frieza who can do nothing against him… when he wanted to use him to defeat Goku and Vegeta. However, Frieza could soon take his revenge in the Dragon Ball Super manga since'with his new transformation, Black Frieza, the latter managed to defeat Goku and Vegeta at the height of their power with a single punch. We can't wait to find out what's next, once the manga has finished its hiatus.
