With the update of the beta test version 4.6, new abilities were added to the much-awaited Harlequin (spear, Pyro) in Genshin Impact. Mero shared a video in which we can clearly see that the earlier leaks were correct and Harbinger can indeed go into hover mode after using a charged attack.
From an earlier version of meow's video, which does not show the flaming wing, it is clear that once in the air, Harlequin will not only be able to move, but also overcome various obstacles, including bodies of water. In general, this method of movement is similar to hovering Nevillet (Catalyst, Hydro) in charged attack mode.
It is currently known that moving in this mode will consume Harlequin's stamina like a regular sprint. Its speed can be affected by various buffs that increase the speed of movement. It is also worth noting that as long as the stamina is not used up, the Harbinger will be able to fly even over water. At the same time, the height of its hover above the surface always remains the same, which is why it will not be able to overcome obstacles that are too high.
If the developers' plans do not change, then all players will be able to experience flying for Harlequin on April 24, 2024.
