Although it has not yet been officially announced by Sony, the PC version of God of War Ragnarok will most likely arrive in the near future. A leaker, the same one who correctly anticipated the announcement of the PC version of Ghost of Tsushima, indicated a possible launch window.
Silknigth, a leaker who has been on the crest of the wave since the previews regarding the open world of Sucker Punch, declared that a possible debut window of the PC version of God of War Ragnarok could correspond to the first quarter of 2025. Replying to a user on X|Twitter, the source stated that a release within this year is considered quite unlikely, so we will have to wait a little longer.
Originally released on PlayStation 4, God of War (2018) was ported to PC by Sony four years later, when the company was much more focused on its consoles. To date, Sony's desire to extend its business to other platforms is quite clear, and the PC is certainly one of the Japanese company's favorite landing points in recent years. At this point, it wouldn't be much of a surprise if God of War Ragnarok were to cross the borders of PS4 and PS5 three years after initial publication.
