“Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown” has received a new update that brought two new modes and additional content to the game.
Ubisoft has released the first free content update for “Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown”. It includes two new game modes including permadeath and speedrun. Players will also receive additional content for Sargon.

Information about permadeath and speedrun
The new Permadeath-Mode of “Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown” ends the game immediately as soon as the player dies. The mode can be activated when starting a new run.
Players who successfully complete Permadeath mode will be rewarded with a new outfit, the Holo Chroma. Anyone who manages to master the “Immortal” difficulty level in permadeath mode will receive the gold outfit as a reward at the end.
Ubisoft has tips to help you survive permadeath mode:
Use the Wak-Wak Tree regularly to regenerate your life energy and change your amulets as needed. Improve your equipment and purchase a variety of healing potions to be prepared if the worst comes to the worst. Exit the main path and find the Soma Tree petals to increase your health bar.
Im Speedrun-Modus Players are challenged to complete the game as quickly as possible and achieve their best times.
Players who complete Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown in less than ten hours on any difficulty will receive the Swift Sargon outfit.

More new features in the Price of Persia update
Additional features to enhance the gaming experience include purchasing treasure maps from Fariba, which are paid for with time crystals. Items not collected in each region of “Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown” are marked on it.
Other new features and changes:
New option to enable “Omnidirectional Parry” Allows players to parry attacks coming from behind, above or below. The range of custom difficulty parameters has been expanded. Parry difficulty can now be set to Very Easy.
