There's currently a rumor going around that “Assassin's Creed Codename Jade” might not appear until next year. The reason for the delay sounds obvious.
The origin of the rumor is a recent article from Reuters. It explains that developer Tencent's focus appears to have changed. First of all, they want to maximize the current success of “DreamStar” and have allegedly brought in hundreds of developers from “Assassin’s Creed Codename Jade” to do this. However, Ubisoft or Tencent have not yet commented on this.
In “Assassin's Creed Codename Jade” we experience ancient China and travel through over 2,000 years of history. We explore the distinguished dynasties of the East, defend the Great Wall of China, and uncover the secrets of the Terracotta Warriors. We experience the breathtaking surroundings of Xianyang, the imperial center, and mingle with the traders.
Assassin's Creed Codename Jade is in development for iOS and Android.
