The creators of Skylanders and developers of the remakes of Spyro and Crash Bandicoot have reached an agreement with Microsoft for their next game.
Toys For Bob has games on PCSteam Deck, PS4PS5, Xbox and Nintendo Switch, but their layoffs
in Microsoft and independence they could jeopardize its continuity; although that will no longer be a problem.
As reported from Windows Central, the Skylanders studio is now working with the Windows creators in the development of their first game after becoming independent.
The Operating System company maintains the IP of these aforementioned sagas and others associated with Activsion and the aforementioned media that confirms that they reached an agreement to found the project.

In their statement last month, those responsible for the studio – Paul Yany Avery Lodato – said that the decision was final despite being “exploring a possible partnership” with Microsoft.
This already seems to have come to an end and according to the report that cites sources familiar with a Xbox's recent meeting with its staffMatt Booty – head of Xbox Game Studios – was asked what was happening.
Booty said that such an agreement was reached with the studio for its first indie game and that, despite not being able to confirm what it would be, he said that “it would be similar to games made by Toys for Bob.”
Toys for Bob would already be a new indie studiobut they are not ruled out new Crash Bandicoot and/or Spyro projects. Could this be the time?
It would be a possibility that the first Toys for Bob game as an independent studio be similar to one of these two adventures, although it may be something different.
Maybe the Banjo Kazooie fans also receive a ray of hope with this agreement, but the only thing that is certain right now is that there is no evidence of anything. Would we see it on Game Pass?
