About a month ago, Persona 3 Reload, a remake of the highly acclaimed Persona 3 from Atlus, was released. The project received excellent reviews from players and critics, and its sales surpassed all other games in the series. A few weeks after the announcement, the developers introduced the Expansion Pass (which is free with Game Pass Ultimate) with a major addition called Answer. Some players thought that the developers had an idea to implement a female character in Persona 3 Reload, but they do not have such plans.
As you know, in Persona 3 Portable, players could choose between a male and female protagonist, while in Persona 3 Reload there is only one gender – male. The project developers said that they considered the possibility of releasing an option with two genders for the main characters in the remake, but came to the conclusion that this would complicate the costs and time of creating the game by 2-3 times, so they abandoned this idea.
For players who want to play as a female protagonist, developers from Atlus advise trying out the remaster of Persona 3 Portable, available on all modern platforms.
