Activision had already confirmed it in recent months: Rebirth Island will make its return to COD Warzone and now we're serious about it, with the map that will be reintroduced within the famous battle royale in the next few days.
Through a post on Twitter/X Activision reveals that Rebirth Island will be reintroduced in Call of Duty Warzone starting from Wednesday 3 Aprilwith a presentation trailer planned for 4.00 pm Italian time on March 26th. First published in December 2020 as part of the Season 1 Of Call of Duty Black Ops Cold WarRebirth Island is a reinterpretation of the map Alcatraz seen in the mode Blackout Of Call of Duty Black Ops 4and immediately became one of the most loved by Warzone fans.
In November 2022, coinciding with the debut of COD Warzone 2.0, Rebirth Island was removed from the game, leaving a bitter taste in the mouths of many fans. But now the wait for its return is finally over and fans can only wait until April 3rd to discover by playing how Activision will bring the famous map back on stage.
In the meantime, Ricochet has made a new clean sweep of cheaters in COD Warzone, with over 6000 players banned.
