Dragon’s Dogma II it has only been available since March 22nd, but Capcom he is already thinking about the future. And it's not just about new patches for Dragon's Dogma 2, but also about possible DLC or expansions that could enrich the popular Action/RPG directed by Hideaki Itsuno.
In fact, through a survey, Capcom asks its fans how much they would be willing to spend for any additional content for the new episode of Dragon’s Dogma, with a range that varies from 10 euros up to 50 euros, the latter a price in line for a potential large expansion. Anyone who participates in the survey, active until April 21, 2024, will receive a thank you wallpaper digitale.
Clearly the organization of the survey does not necessarily mean that the Japanese company has already planned the distribution of future DLC, however the fact that it is seeking player feedback could help the Osaka company decide how to set up post-launch support for Dragon's Dogma II and what kind of downloadable content to prepare in the coming months.
In the meantime, despite some discussions regarding microtransactions and frame rates, Capcom's latest effort is proving to be a great success, with Dragon's Dogma 2 having largely exceeded 200 thousand active players simultaneously on Steam, thus marking the best launch ever for its own single player game.
