MKPAO “VK” announced its financial and operating results for the first half of 2026. The company showed accelerated growth in the second quarter and maintained its full-year EBITDA forecast of more than 24 billion rubles.
Revenue for six months amounted to 81 billion rubles. (annual growth of 12%), EBITDA – 14 billion rubles. (+34%). EBITDA margin increased to 17%. The pace picked up in the second quarter: revenue reached 43.5 billion rubles. (+17%), EBITDA – 7.6 billion rubles. (+41%). Net profit for the quarter amounted to 328 million rubles.
The main contribution came from online advertising (48.6 billion rubles in the first half). VK Tech (+35%, up to 9 billion rubles) and Educational Services (+26%, up to 4.9 billion rubles) grew significantly. All operating segments remained profitable on an EBITDA basis.
Net operating cash flow amounted to 15.4 billion rubles. (It was negative a year ago). Net debt fell 27% to 60.2 billion rubles, and the net debt/EBITDA ratio increased to 2.3 times.
VK’s audience indicators still maintain the lead among RuNet. The average daily service audience grew to 90.7 million users, and time spent in the ecosystem increased by 57%, reaching a record 7.8 billion minutes per day.
Among the key products, National Messenger MAX stands out: its average daily audience exceeded 87 million, and its monthly audience reached 108 million. VK Video consolidated its leadership position with a 1.6x increase in watch time. Social commerce is developing actively: revenue in the region has exceeded 2.2 billion rubles.
