Keychron Releases A Giant Macro Keyboard 100 Programmable Keys

Shortly after releasing the new Keychron G6 HE gaming mouse and updated M4, the vendor officially launched the C100 8K Giant custom macro pad, which comes with 100 programmable keys and independent RGB backlighting for each key. The new product is already available for purchase on the manufacturer’s website for $64.99.

The C100 8K Giant custom macro keyboard is a square panel with 100 keys arranged in a 10×10 grid. Like many of Keychron’s new keyboards, the Macro Pad supports an 8000Hz polling rate. The developers used Keychron Apex Red switches and translucent ASA-type covers made from a PBT and polycarbonate blend. Switches are hot-swappable. Otherwise, the new product is very simple: a plastic case and a wired connection via USB Type-C.

Intended use cases for the C100 8K Giant custom macro pad range from gaming, content creation, streaming and creative work to more general productivity tasks and even programming. To make it easier to use the device in different scenarios, developers have made the macro keyboard fully customizable through Keychron Launcher, a browser-based configuration system that allows you to reassign keys, create macros, and customize RGB lighting for each key or through various visual effects.

By default, all panel keys are not assigned any function, so interaction with the device will be configured through the Keychron Launcher.
