However, the launch of the next generation of consoles remains uncertain. According to Totoki, the company has yet to confirm an exact release date for the PS6. The situation is further complicated by the ongoing global crisis in the RAM and component markets, which has no end in sight in 2027. Management stressed the need to act amid the current harsh market realities, but the Japanese giant has yet to make a final decision on the device’s release date.
