MTS Exolve continues to develop business communication automation tools. In 2026, the company expanded its number management and analytics capabilities, providing customers with voice analytics and call statistics, and launched a new bot platform. Leonid Taraskin, Head of Product Portfolio at MTS Exolve, talks about this.
In May, MTS Exolve added tools for independently managing individual account number rotations. According to the company, they are already used by more than 300 customers, who can set room numbers without contacting technical support. At the same time, literal pipeline analysis was expanded, allowing companies to more tightly control communications costs.
By the end of 2026, MTS Exolve plans to launch a single dashboard containing data from all channels of the API platform. It should provide the client with a summary of the communications cost structure.
“We see that companies are increasingly counting carefully every ruble invested in communications, regardless of whether the loan is now more expensive or cheaper. Therefore, our priority is not only the service itself, but also how the customer can clearly see what he is paying for,” ——Leonid Taraskin pointed out.
A separate area of development is virtual PBX. In 2026, more than 6,000 customers received free trials of speech analytics and advanced call statistics. Previously, such tools were mainly targeted at large enterprises, but now they can be used by companies of any size.
The MTS Exolve app is also included in the operator whitelist. According to the company, this ensures stable communications and reduces the risk of congestion, which is particularly important for businesses that rely on incoming and outgoing calls.
The next stage in the evolution of telephony technology will be SIP2SIP communications – calls between users directly within the application, without access to the telephone network. This format is of particular interest to large companies with a large user base: it allows you to keep users within your own ecosystem while reducing communication costs.
To implement SIP2SIP communications, MTS Exolve provides an updated SDK that can be integrated into your own applications without in-depth technical training. The SDK, like the virtual PBX application, is included in the operator’s whitelist.
The other direction remains robotics. Launched in February 2026, the new MTS Exolve robotics platform has already attracted new customers; companies from different industries managed to test the service before signing contracts.
“Our goal is to adapt AI capabilities (agents, intent recognition, classifiers) to specific situations and lower the barriers to entry into new technologies. The growing interest in testing is the best evidence that companies no longer view robots as experiments but as work tools.” – said Leonid Taraskin.
MTS Exolve believes that the demand for digital communications will continue to grow. In the context of rising communication costs and increasing security requirements, enterprises are increasingly using automation, cost control tools and self-configuration tools to provide communication services.
