After another round of player feedback, Mist Hunters has made significant adjustments. The developers updated the resource collection mechanic, improved server performance, added useful features to the controller, and took on the balancing of combat categories.
Gathering party materials will now be updated after completing missions and receiving rewards in all modes. A brief invincibility state appears when entering the Mist Lord’s room, and some localized text has been redesigned so that it does not go beyond the interface. We’ve added a favorites feature to the controller, improved quick actions when upgrading Starsilver, and implemented separate vibrations when taking fall damage. In the meantime, the developers have discovered the cause of server drops related to updating bells and chests, and plan to gradually eliminate them.
Mercenaries suffered the most serious damage: the phase duration was reduced compared to ideal blocking, multiple PvP protection indicators were reduced, the recovery time of certain skills was increased, and the hit rate of piercing was reduced. The Blight Knight gains higher mobility, faster attacks, super armor, and enhancements to certain abilities. Many talent and mechanical issues have been resolved for Shadowstrix, Sorcerer, and Seer.
In addition to balance, the patch also fixes a number of bugs – from incorrect enemy spawning and Gyldening DMG calculations to inventory, voice chat, appearance, sound and collision issues in Hallowgrove. The developers have also fixed some interface, mission, and reward bugs, so this update feels more like a spring cleaning than a facelift.
Are you looking forward to such a change, or are you more worried about archers and magicians?
