Developers at Liquid Swords Studios have confirmed the release window for the console version of the game Samson. The project is scheduled to be released on Xbox Series X | S and Playstation 5 in September 2026, after the author simply referred to fall 2026 as the release window.
With the new information about the console version of Samson, the developers also noted that they are actively working to improve the entire game. According to them Charactersome changes have been made and player suggestions are being collected for others.

Let us remind you that Samson is an action game that combines street fighting, chases and cars. Even before release, the developers said the game combines elements of Driver and Mad Max, but with a simpler structure that “adheres to the spirit of Playstation 3-era action games.” According to the plot, the protagonist returns to his hometown and tries to bribe dangerous people.
On PC, Samson received mixed reviews upon release. The main complaints from players were related to technical condition, bugs, lack of polish and performance issues. Previously, the author clarified that the game will offer two graphics modes on Xbox Series X and Playstation 5, while only one will be available on Series S.
