After two phases of closed beta on Steam and PlayStation 5, Sony has finally realized that its cooperative action game Horizon Hunters Gathering has aroused strong rejection from everyone. As a result, management ordered the guerrillas to redo everything.

Sources told Jason Schreier this on condition of anonymity. Bug fixes have been in the works since June, and the introductory note reads: The game should be a more traditional representative of the genre, with a story mode and a smaller scale. Furthermore, after getting familiar with the rake, Horizon Hunter Party will no longer be a service Sony likes anymore.

So far, there have been no discussions about canceling the suspected hack, but at a meeting on Wednesday, studio employees were told they have until December to impress management. At the same time, many Horizon Hunters Gathering developers will be transferred to other projects, which will also be evaluated at the end of the year. A PlayStation representative declined to comment.
