FromSoftware and Bandai Namco continue to promote Elden Ring Tarnished Edition, a delayed but finally ready port of the action RPG for Nintendo Switch 2.
Recently, the author of the multi-million-selling best-selling book released a story trailer to remind people of the nature of the story about the Exterminator: “The land is divided and desolate, but a faint call of grace can still be heard among the ruins. The path to the throne of Elden lies before you.”. Then they shared gameplay: “Brute force alone is not enough to heal this broken world. Calling for aid to the short-lived alliance that remains among the Earths.”.
The tarnished version includes the base game, Shadow from the Erdtree expansion, and new cosmetics – Flow skins and armor, which will be coming to other platforms. The most complete version of the action role-playing game “Elden Ring” will be released on Nintendo Switch 2 on August 28, 2026.
