Konami and Screen Burn Studios have released a massive demo of Silent Hill: Town Falls, giving horror fans a feast for their eyes. In a new 19-minute video, the developers have shown off the gameplay in detail for the first time, unveiling the secrets of the project.
In the gameplay footage, viewers are introduced to several new scary locations. Unlike classic games in the series, Townfall will offer a first-person perspective, which will significantly enhance immersion. The story takes place in the Scottish town of St. Amelia in 1996. The protagonist Simon Odell returns because of a mysterious letter.
Stealth will play an important role in survival. Players will be able to hide from creepy monsters and avoid direct confrontation, although the opportunity to fight back will still exist.
