Cipsoft Studios has released a major update for the pre-alpha version of zombie action game Perseverance Online, proving once again a simple truth about the post-apocalypse: even when faced with hordes of the starving dead, people will always find a reason to fight each other.
The main innovation of the patch is the long-awaited guild PvP system in the “Division” format, the first of which opens up the Junkyard location for intense battles. Controlling this area provides valuable resources to the guild and increases the chances of finding quality loot, however, it is strictly not recommended for lone players without a tribe to show up there.
In addition to starting clan wars over territory, the latest patch also brings a number of other important changes. The developers have significantly expanded and populated Ashwater’s surroundings, making quest markers and objects on the compass more visible, and also adding handy filters for managing loot.
Additionally, the update includes major changes to weapon balancing to increase combat variability, as well as the usual set of fixes to improve stability during pre-alpha testing. The full list of changes is now available to all test participants and players who join the new public event.
