While we’re still a week away from the release of action-adventure game Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy from publisher Focus Entertainment and French developer Asobo Studio, the game is already available to play – albeit as a pirated version only.

The story of “Resonance: A Plague Tale: Legacy” takes place 15 years before “A Plague Tale: Requiem”. Fierce bandit Sofia is on the run and looking for answers to questions from her past. The journey takes the heroine to the Island of the Minotaur.

Players must fight, deceive enemies, overcome deadly challenges, solve puzzles and uncover ancient secrets, before eventually encountering mythical creatures with ties to Sophia.

Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy will be released on PC on August 27 (steam, microsoft store), PS5, Xbox Series X and S, and Game Pass. They promise combat, mythology and a maelstrom of destiny’s will, a flexible combat system and Russian translation.
