The developer of the strategy version of “Heroes of Might and Magic: Old Era” has launched version 0.80.45 update. The main innovation lies in the large single-player map “Mysterious Island”. The script was written by designer Papyjama, who created the once-iconic map for the third installment in the series.
The familiar adventure game based on the Jules Verne novel gets a new lease of life thanks to mechanics and factions old times. The map is designed for six factions and will be expanded with new features in the future, including underground levels. Additionally, the patch brings significant improvements to Arena Mode, Hidden Interface, Editor Balance, and Random Map Generator functionality.
