Sony Interactive Entertainment Insomniac Games (Marvel’s Spider-Man Part II) report The development of its superhero action film “Marvel’s Wolverine” has reached a milestone.

It’s no secret that Marvel’s Wolverine has struck gold – a major portion of development has been completed and the final version of the master has been pressed into print (the game will be available retail) and download to digital stores.
Typically, a game’s “gold plating” guarantees that its release date will not change, although there are exceptions (Cyberpunk 2077). As far as Marvel’s “Wolverine” is concerned, there shouldn’t be any delays – the release date is set for September 15, 2026.
The announcement was accompanied by a brief video (about two seconds) of Wolverine showing off his golden claws. Developer Confirmedthey can be unlocked in the game itself.
In the story, Wolverine embarks on a perilous journey to the island city-state of Madripoor, the frozen wilderness of Canada, and the narrow streets of Tokyo in search of answers to questions about his dark past.
They promise an adventure filled with dramatic twists, stunning scripted scenes, unprecedented detail, a rich damage system, and ray-traced 60 fps in Performance mode.
Marvel’s Wolverine is built exclusively for PlayStation 5 and will cost $70 at launch. In line with Sony’s new strategy for major PlayStation exclusives, the game will not be released on PC.
