Fans of The Promised Dream will soon have a reason to read the manga again: on September 4, 2026, the first ten volumes of the story will be released in full color, and that’s what the stunning art deserves. Unfortunately, Shueisha has only prepared a digital version so far.
The new version was written under the full supervision of “Yakusoku no Neverland” illustrator Demizu Poski. This release commemorates the tenth anniversary of the hit song. By the way, the comic’s twenty short comics have a global circulation of 43 million copies. It was also translated as “The Great and Powerful”, so readers from Russia also contributed to its success.
The single “War Against Peace” with the theme of Emma and Aishe will be serialized in the 39th issue of “Weekly Shonen Jump” on August 24. It is also the fifth novel by an external author and continues the plot after the completion of the manga.
