Wizards of the Coast showed off the first gameplay footage of Warlock: Dungeons & Dragons at the opening of Gamescom 2026. This new cosmic action-adventure game will be released on PC in 2027 (steam), PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. Russian language support not declared.
Over the course of more than eight minutes, you can see combat and the exploration of the world. The author also shows off the dungeons and open spaces that will be explored during the adventure.
Warlock: Dungeons & Dragons is a single-player third-person action-adventure game set in a dark fantasy open world inspired by the Dungeons & Dragons universe. Players control Kaatri, a witch who uses forbidden magic, rituals, and spells that allow her to alter the properties of the world around her and find different ways to overcome obstacles. Magical abilities can be combined with each other, and in combat, Catri is able to summon otherworldly weapons with unique properties. Exploring the world, solving game problems, and fighting monsters are all based on tactical choice, preparation, and the creative use of available magical abilities.
