At the Future Gaming Show at Gamescom 2026, the developer showed off a new trailer for the emulator Graveyard Keeper 2 and announced a release date – the game will be released on September 22 on PC, PlayStation and Xbox consoles of both generations, as well as the Nintendo Switch and Switch 2. This announcement is important for fans of the original Manager, as the sequel continues the idea of the first installment, which proposed leading an army of the undead and preventing a zombie apocalypse.
Players will bury corpses again, collect bones, brains, and skin to create obedient minions, and automate the dirty work of farming and raising livestock. In the sequel, a huge city will appear, engulfed by an invasion of monsters, where residents can trade and complete quests.
Pre-order price is $24.99. Buying in advance nets you rewards including a unique costume for the protagonist and your own sauna near the house.
