Atlus has released a video analyzing the plot of Persona 4: Resurgence, with producer Kazuhisa Wada also participating. Throughout the film, amid new footage and repeated messages, a noteworthy comment emerges at the end.
It focuses on user interface improvements, optimized combat, additional cutscenes, and new features in Inaba City. However, at the end of the film, the developers hint that “for those who already know Inaba well, discoveries and surprises await you, even in a city you think you know inside and out.”
In Persona 4, the protagonist and other members of the team (called the Investigation Team) team up to catch a serial killer who throws his victims into a strange world that can only be accessed through television.
Persona 4: Resurrection will be released on February 18, 2027 on Xbox Series X|S, Microsoft Store, PlayStation 5, and Steam.
