Star Wars Zero Company Tactics released: 60,000 people online for the game's first launch on Steam

EA and Bit Reactor released Star Wars Zero Corporation. This is a single-player turn-based tactical game set at the end of the Clone Wars.

Players take on the role of Hawks, a former Republic officer. He leads the mercenary squad Zero Company. Their mission is to stop the cult of the Infinite Spiral and its leader, Kundry Inso, who are threatening the galaxy with the Shadow Plague. You must fight against them with a squad of clones, Mandalorians, and Jedi Padawan.

The battle takes place in a step-by-step mode. Players control a squad, using cover, flanking maneuvers, and abilities. The developers paid special attention to the connection system between fighters – it opens up new combat synergies. The game features permadeath: three wounds that permanently kill a character.

It’s too early to talk about player ratings, but the starting page online is respectable: 20 minutes after launch, more than 60,000 people were into the game on Steam.
