GTA 6: Rockstar releases new 4K expanded appearance

Six hours after its exclusive premiere on Netflix, Rockstar Games released Grand Theft Auto VI: Expanded Edition on its official YouTube channel. Featuring high quality up to 4K, the film is the first complete official material that allows you to truly appreciate the gameplay and scale of the world of GTA VI.

Beyond the recent leaks from CyberLeek, this is the first official footage to detail Leonidas and Vice City in all its glory. The nearly half-hour Extend Look immerses the audience deeper into the game world than in previous trailers: here you can see not only the story scenes of Jason and Lucia, but also many elements of the game itself, including gunplay, chases, interaction with the environment, various activities and the daily life of Leonidas residents.

The level of detail in the world is particularly impressive. Rockstar shows Vice City from many angles, from busy streets and nightclubs to beaches and suburbs, while also focusing more on areas outside the city. Because of this, Leonidas began to be seen not just as the setting for another story about a criminal, but as a full-fledged living state with its own atmosphere, nature, traffic and a wealth of details.

All of this comes against the backdrop of recent CyberLeek leaks, which have revealed some gameplay and individual locations. However, official Rockstar materials allow you to see GTA VI on a completely different quality and scale – exactly how the developers wanted to present the game to their audiences.

Grand Theft Auto VI will be released on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S on November 19, 2026.
