The team behind the Hogman series has unveiled a new poster and second full trailer for the film that will serve as the finale to the series’ adaptation, Hogman . The film will premiere in Japanese cinemas on October 16, 2026.
The new film will be the final installment in Hajime Kamoshida’s entire light novel series of film adaptations, adapting the rest of the university story. Production is once again being handled by CloverWorks, a studio led by longtime director Soichi Masui.
In this feature-length film, Azusagawa Sakuta faces the consequences of Mai’s shocking confession and the mysterious identity of Internet singer Kirishima Momoko, which has the potential to completely rewrite reality. Sakuta will have to deal with the next manifestation of “Teenage Syndrome” and save the familiar world.
