Ubisoft has released Assassin’s Creed: Black Flag resync update 1.0.7. This update will add some noteworthy cosmetic features and fix a number of bugs related to gameplay, missions, and stability.

Now players can hide not only Edward’s blowpipe, but also his pistol. A separate setting will allow you to disable the visual effects of equipped trinkets, which could previously make heroes stand out too much. Additionally, somewhere in the Caribbean, a new furry character will appear who can be rescued, petted, and then met at the Sanctuary.

The main part of the update is dedicated to fixes. The developers fixed issues with ships, fast travel, zone sync, and Eagle Vision, as well as numerous bugs when boarding, stealth killing, and interacting with animals. Fixed an issue where enemies would resurrect from smoke grenades or Edward could get stuck in an infinite animation when attacking a fortress.

Additionally, the team worked on interface, graphics, sound, preservation, and accessibility. Fixed various crashes, colorblindness, subtitle and menu dubbing issues, and rare crashes on PS5. Steam Deck users separately received a black screen fix when enabling HDR.
