The developer of survival simulator Enshrouded has announced a price increase for the game ahead of Mature Ruiz. As of September 8, the project will cost steam The price is 39.99 euros or the equivalent in other currencies (in Russia the price will most likely be 1,550 rubles). So far, as part of the PvE Survival Making Festival, the game can be purchased on Steam at the lowest price in the entire project’s history, namely 1049 rubles.
Studio Keen Games GmbH explains the cost changes resulting from project development during Early Access. Over the years, Enshrouded has expanded significantly in content and functionality. The price increase was also originally envisioned by the developers and noted in the game’s FAQ section. The team noted that the new costs should support further development and provide the project with the resources to continue developing the game.
Let us remind you that Enshrouded will be fully released on October 15, 2026. Meanwhile, the game will appear on PlayStation 5, with the Xbox Series X|S version delayed until spring 2027.
