The DDR5 RAM modules developed by GS Nanotech and produced in the production facilities of the Technopolis GS cluster, controlled by the GS Group, have been officially included in the Russian Register of Industrial Products.
Under updated localization requirements, the new product received a record 53 points, thanks to domestic assembly, installation, use of Russian printed circuit boards and packaging of SPD wafers in the Russian Federation. The product line includes SO-DIMM and U-DIMM form factors with frequencies of 4800 and 5600 MHz, capacities of 8 and 16 GB, and is fully compliant with JEDEC specifications.
In addition to ready-made modules, the company also offers manufacturers a dedicated SPD hub GSN5118E, which adds 8 points when creating their own solutions, opening up vast opportunities for domestic computer equipment manufacturers.
