Capcom will host a 40-minute showcase of its games at the upcoming Tokyo Game Show.
Gamescom is followed by Tokyo Game Show, so the first trailers were released as soon as the German Game Show ended. Capcom will also be hosting the event in Japan, using the trade show there as an opportunity to announce a massive showcase for those stuck at home.
So there will be a 40-minute broadcast called Capcom Spotlight, which you can also follow online. As part of this, you’ll be able to see upcoming video games from developers and publishers based on TGS.

Anyone watching live should mark September 16, 2026 in red on their calendars. The day will begin at 4:00 pm. German time.
What might you expect to see then? Top candidates include “Resident Evil: Veronica,” “Mega Man Double Beyond” and “Monster Hunter: Outlander” — as well as sequels to the studio’s key series. DLC content for already published games (such as the popular science fiction novel Pragmata) is also conceivable.
The last time Capcom took the spotlight was in June of this year. At that time, “Dragon’s Dogma 2: Darkness Rises”, “Onimusha: Kendo” and “Resident Evil: Requiem” were launched.
