In the 1990s, the Russian market was flooded with American animated masterpieces, among them Darkwing, the story of the superhero Drake seeking justice. In its home country, this animated series was released in 1991-1992 and has since remained only in the memory of those who spent their childhood and adolescence during this period.

The series, although short-lived, was quite successful, so Disney decided to try a second foray into the same river. how it is communicated typethe company has approved and ordered the production of a reboot of Blackcloak.
In order to somehow justify the character’s unexpected return, the writers invented some kind of alternate reality in which the Blackcloak has spent the past 35 years. Apparently, in this alternate reality, time moves many times slower or not at all, as the characters return in full health and proper body shape.
The protagonist will be voiced by Mark Hamill (Luke Skywalker in the original Star Wars trilogy).
It has not yet been determined when the animated series will be rebooted.
