The new platform combines Blackwell GPUs, Grace CPUs and up to 128GB of unified memory. New Lenovo systems and Acer compact desktops unveiled at IFA.
After an initial introduction to the platform, the company confirmed The first Windows RTX Spark PCs will be available starting in October 2026several manufacturers are preparing to offer small notebook and desktop computer systems.
On the basis of the new series we find the N1X super chip, available in different configurations. The most powerful version announced by NVIDIA pairs a 6,144-core Blackwell RTX GPU with a 20-core Grace CPU and is available with 24 to 128GB of unified memory. The second version drops down to 5,120 GPU cores and 18 CPU cores, and comes with 24 or 32 GB of memory.
NVIDIA also describes the platform by pointing out Up to 1 Petaflop of AI computing power, 128GB unified memory, and up to 20-core Grace CPU. The goal is to bring the same architecture to thin and light laptops and small desktops, combining creative tasks, games and artificial intelligence agents that run directly on the computer.
Lenovo brings two new Yogas, Acer prepares small desktop computers
The new products were showcased at IFA 2026, and six OEMs have planned to launch new products in October. Acer unveils RTX Spark compact desktop concept, while Lenovo announces Yoga Pro 9n and Yoga 9n 2-in-1.
Unified memory will play an important role, especially in the local execution of models: NVIDIA explains that even the 24 GB configuration can handle tasks related to AI agents, while larger memory amounts will allow the use of heavier models and manage more operations simultaneously.
However, RTX Spark is not a product dedicated exclusively to artificial intelligence. NVIDIA aims to do just that A platform covering games, content creation, and local agentsput the Blackwell GPU and Grace CPU on the same system.
EA, Embark and Ubisoft add game support
The list of compatible games is also growing: Electronic Arts, Embark and Ubisoft are among the latest companies to announce support for RTX Spark. They are added to the names already communicated during Computex, including KRAFTON, NetEase, Riot Games and Xbox.
NVIDIA RTX Spark practical application: 3A games really come to Windows ARM
In previous briefings, NVIDIA cited Electronic Arts’ Apex Legends and F1, Embark’s ARC Raiders and The Finals, and parts of Ubisoft’s catalog as examples. However, the recent confirmation specifically highlights the expansion of the number of publishers intending to support the new platform.
RTX Spark will also be released with the new Windows agent framework, designed to enable agents to Continue working in the background under the control of the operating system. Turning these machines into machines that can be used for persistent agents without giving up normal day-to-day activities is one of NVIDIA’s key focuses.
Among the applications ready to take advantage of the new hardware is CyberLink PhotoDirector 365. The new AI PC mode will allow you to perform operations such as generative editing, image enhancement, object and interference removal, background replacement, and portrait retouching directly on the device.
Users will be able to choose between local and cloud processing depending on the task, while TensorRT-RTX and FP8 will be used on NVIDIA GPUs to accelerate models. PhotoDirector AI PC mode will debut in October with RTX Spark.
