Developers from Funcom Studios talk about the technical status of the Dune: Awakening game on the Xbox Series
Dune: Awakening will launch on Microsoft consoles:
- Xbox Series X: Quality mode, dynamic 4K resolution, 30 FPS. Performance mode features dynamic 4K resolution at 60 FPS.
- Xbox Series S. The only graphics mode with dynamic resolution from 720p to 1080p at 60 FPS.
The developer also emphasized that compared to the Xbox Series S version of “Dune: Awakening,” the game not only has a higher resolution on Xbox Series X, but the overall image quality is also higher in both modes.
Dune: Awakening will be released on September 22 on Xbox Series X | S and Playstation 5. Additionally, the project will be immediately available with Game Pass subscriptions and will receive a single-player mode.
