The NextGenium team demonstrated the gameplay of “Godreaper”, a dark adventure action game set in the dark fantasy of East Slavia. The plot of the game takes place against the backdrop of a massive disaster caused by damage to the roots of the World Tree.
Poisonous decay stripped the holy guardians of order of their sanity, turning them into deranged tyrants, and the desolate lands became filled with the creations of the Navi. The protagonist is the ancient hero Zaremir, who must discover the cause of the disaster, find his missing relatives, and stop the tribe from advancing from the east.
The action combat system is based on destroying enemy armor, using flying weapons with souls of their own, and using ancient magic. Players will be able to control elements to change the environment, put out fires, destroy monsters and overcome dangerous places.
