The developer is formally seeking to sublease its massive headquarters in Bellevue, Wash., totaling more than 210,000 square feet, with a master lease expiring in September 2035, according to a 10-page leasing brokerage document.
An official representative from the studio confirmed the news and explained the company’s decision to transition to a “digital production format” several years ago.
