Developers from South Korean studio Mintroket (owned by Nexon) brag The critically acclaimed deep-sea role-playing adventure Diver Dave has found new success in captivating audiences.

Recall that in January 2024, the creator of Dave the Diver report Approximately 3 million copies were sold, and over the next 11 months this number exceeded 5 million. Since then, nothing has been heard about the game’s success.
It is understood that so far, the total global sales of “Diver Dave” have reached 10 million. The announcement comes with a themed illustration (see image below) and a message from the developer.

Players take on the role of Dave, a diver and reluctant manager, who must explore the depths of the ocean by day and manage a sushi restaurant by night. Quirky characters, scattered mini-games, humorous scenes, and Russian language support.
The release of Dave the Diver will be released on PC in June 2023 (steam, epic games store), and has appeared on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and S, Nintendo Switch and Switch 2. It is expected to be released on September 17th for iOS and Android.
