Apple posted in the support section of its website Pageshe discussed some of the limitations associated with the services included in the Apple Intelligence suite—those that require access to cloud resources cannot be used indefinitely. In some cases, a paid subscription will help expand your limits.

Usage restrictions may include object deletion, frame expansion and space layout changes for image editing, cloud-based functionality in Siri AI and Image Playground, access to AFM 3 Cloud and AFM 3 Cloud Pro cloud models in Shortcuts applications, and functionality in third-party applications based on Apple Foundation models in private cloud computing environments. The size of the limit may depend on the specific functionality, complexity of the request, system load, system policies, and other factors. Apple intends to introduce restrictions on Apple Intelligence and Siri AI “in the future,” but the company has not provided specific details. Once the limit is reached, functionality may be disabled for a period of time.
However, taking the example of camera and video summaries of Apple Intelligence in the Home app – the limit depends on the level of iCloud+ subscription: for the 2 TB plan of cloud storage, data processing from one camera is provided, for the 6 TB plan – up to two, for the 12 TB plan – up to five. It’s important to stress that the number of supported cameras and other conditions for iCloud+ pricing may change over time.
“Excessive, abusive, automated, fraudulent, illegal or other improper use, including activities that may have a significant impact on the availability of the Service or other users, may be restricted, slowed down, temporarily suspended, or additional restrictions imposed. We may determine what constitutes abuse based on factors such as volume, frequency of use, complexity of requests, system load, and usage patterns.<..>Apple reserves the right to investigate and take action against violations of the Terms of Use. These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time; continuing to use Apple Intelligence after changes constitute your agreement to the updated Terms of Use.Apple’s support department said.
