New microtransactions in the Wraeclast series appear in Path of Exile 2. Spiritual guardians offer to contact divine forces, and diviner Maggie turns the exiles into guardians of forgotten rituals.
The Spirit Guardian set is dedicated to interacting with spirits and includes multiple elements simultaneously to change the character’s appearance. Buyers have access to eight spear skill effects, portals, weapons and bucklers, upgrade effects, and character appearance with five switchable options.
The second group is dedicated to the diviner Maggi – the figure of the stern guardian of wild nature. The character wears worn leather and armor decorated with blue runes. A horned headdress, carved ceremonial staff and bright blue eyes complete the look. This package includes upgrades, employee skins, and themed portals.
Both sets are already available in Path of Exile 2. The developers clearly decided not to limit themselves to just another cape: fans of dark fantasy are given here a mature image with its own visual style.
