Against the backdrop of years of silence and constant rumors about the cancellation of these projects, their inclusion in the video (albeit old footage from the five-year-old announcement) became a kind of “proof of life.” While fans have yet to be shown a specific release date or new gameplay demo, the fact that the rights holder is giving it a heads-up is reassuring to some viewers who have given up on the long-term buildup.
