Anthropic Claude for Financial Advisors is designed to help financial services firms prepare for client meetings, analyze portfolios and perform follow-up tasks after negotiations. Anthropic’s previous main competitor OpenAI has also launched a special version of ChatGPT aimed at experts in the financial field, including investment bankers and stock market analysts – the service includes tools for conducting financial research, modeling and preparing materials for clients.
The new product is the next step for Anthropic to expand its presence in the financial sector; the company already has tools based on the Crowder model for financial research, portfolio analysis, financial modeling and client document preparation. Supports integration with external data sources and software from Envestnet, iCapital, Orion, Wealthbox, Wealth.com and Zocks.
Industry leaders are increasingly asking questions about how to justify massive investments in AI over the long term, how quickly AI technology should develop, and how to deal with AI misuse.
