Play three Netmarble games simultaneously steel Winner of the blockbuster work award at South Korea’s “Best Game of 2026” award. The award was presented to “MONGIL: STAR DIVE,” “Seven Deadly Sins: Origins” and “Stone Age: Idle Adventure” produced by different studios within the company. The award is organized by the Korea Creative Content Promotion Agency to support the domestic game industry and encourage companies to create new projects.
MONGIL: STAR DIVE is developed by Netmarble Monster and is a reboot of the action role-playing game Monster Taming released in 2013. Created on Unreal Engine 5, the project offers capturing, collecting and combining monsters as well as real-time combat with squads of three characters. The game is playable on PC and mobile devices.
“Thanks to the attention and support of many people, we are able to receive this award. We will continue to communicate with players and improve the quality of the game.” Netmarble Monster CEO Kim Gon said.
The second award went to Seven Deadly Sins: Origins, developed by Netmarble F&C. Based on the manga and anime “Seven Deadly Sins”, the game is an open-world action role-playing game for PC, consoles and mobile devices. Players explore the continent of Britain, switch heroes in battle, and use combinations of characters to perform combined attacks. Each hero has three weapons and his own set of abilities in his arsenal.
Netmarble F&C head Koo Do-hyun said: “We will use this award as an encouragement and will work hard to provide players with a better experience through original entertainment and carefully produced content.”
The third place winner was StoneAge: Idle Adventure for Netmarble N2. This idle RPG type project uses the Stone Age universe and offers to build a squad of 6 trainers and 18 pets. The developers relied on deck-building strategies and a simple and intuitive gameplay system.
Netmarble N2 CEO Kwon Min Kwan said: “We will continue to add new content and do our best to ensure that users can enjoy the game for a long time.”
All three games are available in global markets and support Russian language.
