The son of former racing driver and former Ural company partner Nikita Mazepin may become the new owner of the Lesta Games group of companies, which publishes the popular action games “World of Tanks” and “World of Ships.” According to “Forbis” sources, the deal is in the final stages of discussing the price and preparing documents, and experts say the amount may be between 30 and 35 billion rubles.
“Initially the company was valued at 50 billion rubles. But I think the company’s fair value today is 30 to 35 billion rubles.”
Representatives of Mazepin confirmed the fact of the negotiations and noted the interest of the UKM Group he manages in the fields of digital technology, artificial intelligence and fintech.
