Building on the success and experience gained during the Operation Avalon beta phase in July, Fenris Creations will launch 24/7 paid access to EVE Vanguard Alpha in November.
Along with the alpha version will come three new maps, an expanded weapon development system and a completely redesigned story scenario for beginners. Once you join the game, you can join the services of the New Eden Empire, taking orders and completing missions to develop your character and strengthen your chosen faction.
With Alpha servers running 24/7, the Fenris team plans to actively work with the game community to deepen and expand the game experience before releasing it to a wider audience in Early Access (scheduled for Q3 2027).
During Operation Avalon, players told us what they enjoyed, what they found frustrating, and what motivated them to return to the fight. This feedback informs the November release, from how we introduce the game to new players to what they can strive to achieve when building their arsenal.
The result of feedback has been improved onboarding and changes to progression mechanics; the move from short-term testing to permanent access means we’ll continue to see improvements like these based on player feedback.
Another advantage of the alpha release is the ability to play the game at any convenient time, which will allow Fenris’ developers to get a variety of data and use it to hone gameplay.
